Important: make sure to select the correct type of cart model (2+2, 4 Seater, or 6 Seater) when ordering.

Please allow 10-14 days for your order to be shipped. 

*Interference Disclaimer: Newer model D5 carts that are equipped with a factory left and right channel stereo will inherently pick up more audible interference than older models equipped with only left channel audio. Click HERE to test your stereo: if you hear sound coming from only your left channel, you have the previous version; if you hear sound from both left and right channels, you have the newer version and are more likely to have audible interference. 

Refunds and Returns: We will provide a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will have credit card fees and shipping costs deducted. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Returns are allowed on items that are not damaged, have not been installed/used, and are in original packaging. JACK'd Carts will have up to 14 business days to validate the above and send a refund.

Refunds will not be provided due to audible interference. Let it be known, due to electric carts not having a true ground, audible interference is to be expected. If your cart currently has audible interference, it is possible this interference will still be heard, and possibly magnified due to the added components increasing the audio output, especially if you have a newer model that has both left and right channel output from the factory stereo. Audio interference has been proven to be significantly reduced, and even eliminated, in older versions that only have left channel outputs.
