Q1. How low should I let the battery get?
A: It is recommended not letting the battery drop below 40%. Less than 40% will cause the battery to lose charge rapidly.
Q2. What should I do if the battery shuts off?
A: Doing a soft-reset is generally a simple fix to this. A soft-reset is simply holding in the green button on the side of the battery for 10 secs. You should hear a click noise, confirming the reset. If a soft-reset is needed regularly, it is an indicator the BMS needs to be reprogrammed.
